Where do I pick up the apartment keys?
You can choose between booking our transfer service and we will drive you directly to the apartment and show facilities or if you have a rented car one member of our staff will be waiting for your arrival at the apartment
What time is the earliest I can access the apartment and how late can I leave at check out?
Check-in to the apartment is from 2:30pm onwards, but depending on occupancy they might be ready earlier or later than that time. The latest time for check-out is 12h. If you need to leave your luggage you can do it at no extra charge. Contact us if you would like to check-in to the apartment early, and we’ll do everything we can to help, as long as there is availability.
How can I book the apartment?
Directly on the top menu or simply sending us a request with: name, dates, e-mail and phone number, using our form at the contact menu or sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I cancel a reservation?
To cancel your reservation contact us as soon as possible. Fees may aply.
When will I receive confirmation of the reservation?
Once you've filled in all the required info we’ll send you a confirmation email with details of the reservation which will tell you everything you need to know about your stay and gives you all the info you need to get to the apartment when you arrive.
Are there any extra costs?
No, the total amount includes taxes, cleaning before arrival and once every five days for stays over seven nights, water and electricity. On top of this, you can arrange to take advantage of the extra services that we also provide.
What do I do if I need any help during my stay?
During office hours we will always be ready to help you out. Outside office hours, we’ll give you a phone number on arrival for any urgent requests.
Do I pay any special rates for children to stay?
Children from 0 to 12 years stay for free. We have cots available for you. If you need one, just let us know when you make your reservation.
What facilities do the apartment have?
Everything will be ready for you on arrival. All our apartments are equipped to include every last detail so that you can enjoy a comfortable, individual and relaxed stay.
Is there daily cleaning of the apartment?
We clean the apartment just before you arrive and once every seven days for stays over 14 nights, but you can arrange daily cleaning or cleaning for as many days as you need at an extra cost. You just need to let us know when you make your reservation or even when you arrive.
How can I get from Madeira Airport to the apartment?
You have 3 options: rented car, taxi or use our transfer service, which has a estimated cost of 30€ one way, same as a taxi.
